I have
heard the question raised as to whether Macron is a neo Bonaparpist or a
neo Gaullist.
One might
also raise the question whether France is a parliamentary democracy.
I am old
and cynical, I intensely dislike the cult of the personality as well.
It's going
to be an interesting summer if we throw in Trump and May.
